She is also responsible for the letting of each and every property in Colbert & Co’s extensive portfolio.     How we are continuing to do business during this Covid-19 crisis


    All of us here at Colbert & Co are doing our best to protect our customers, clients and staff against the effects of Covid-19.
    This means we are taking certain measures which are now in place.

    WE ARE OPEN just not to the public. Our offices are now closed however we are still online and on phones so contact us should you need us.


    Following instructions from the HSE and the government we have taken the decision to change our current policy.

    From today’s date until further notice we will holding virtual viewings ONLY

    This means that should you wish to view a property, one of our agents will be available at a certain time to walk through the property online.

    We will answer any questions you have and help where possible.

    This means that we can still operate as usual whilst also acting responsibly.

    We would ask that in the case of managed properties that you adhere again to the HSE guidelines in that

    • Where repairs on a property are classified as essential (i.e. a delay could result in a negative impact on a vulnerable tenant or could result in further disrepair), it is essential that all parties adhere to Government/HSE advice on social distancing and interacting with other people.

    • Viewing should be done online where possible.

    • Where a decision is taken that its essential that a property inspection, viewing or appraisal must go ahead, the member should liaise closely with all parties and satisfy themselves that all aspects of it are in full compliance with Government and HSE guidelines. Under no circumstances should visits be carried out to properties where the occupants are in self-isolation.


    We will do all we can to ensure we are here for you throughout this difficult time.
