Colbert & Co are delighted to announce the opening of their second office in Carrigtwohill. Situated at 4 Main street, Carrigtwohill our latest addition sits proudly at the T Junction just off the N25 meaning maximum exposure for all our properties. This office will be managed by Kate Colbert and Niamh Smith who head up the Management & letting division of Colbert & Co. However, our promise is that wherever you find us, be that Midleton or Carrigtwohill you will always get the same professional service that has made us Cork Auctioneer of the year 2017 & 2018.

Tracey O’ Flynn
Tracey works with all clients and customers to ensure the sales process is as smooth as possible. Your sale or purchase is a big deal for you and Tracey is here to work through everything from compliance to weekly updates. The sales process can be tedious so we make sure to keep on top of every aspect and movement throughout. Tracey has always had a keen interest in property as well as architecture and interior design. Kate is responsible for dealing with maintenance at all properties where Colbert and Co. are the tenants sole point of contact. All of the properties we manage are inspected regularly. For this job you need someone very reliable and trustworthy. Kate goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients properties are being taken care of to the highest standard. She is also responsible for the letting of each and every property in Colbert & Co’s extensive portfolio. She puts a lot of time and effort into getting to know potential tenants so that she can find the right person for their property and also to ensure that the tenant will be happy in the property they are looking to rent. Niamh is Colbert & Co’s qualified letting agent and has been managing properties around east Cork for the past 15 years. She is not only knowledgeable about the area but also about improvements that will help you maximise the return on your rental property. How we are continuing to do business during this Covid-19 crisis
All of us here at Colbert & Co are doing our best to protect our customers, clients and staff against the effects of Covid-19.
This means we are taking certain measures which are now in place.
WE ARE OPEN just not to the public. Our offices are now closed however we are still online and on phones so contact us should you need us.
Following instructions from the HSE and the government we have taken the decision to change our current policy.

This means that should you wish to view a property, one of our agents will be available at a certain time to walk through the property online.
We will answer any questions you have and help where possible.
This means that we can still operate as usual whilst also acting responsibly.
We would ask that in the case of managed properties that you adhere again to the HSE guidelines in that
• Where repairs on a property are classified as essential (i.e. a delay could result in a negative impact on a vulnerable tenant or could result in further disrepair), it is essential that all parties adhere to Government/HSE advice on social distancing and interacting with other people.
• Viewing should be done online where possible.
• Where a decision is taken that its essential that a property inspection, viewing or appraisal must go ahead, the member should liaise closely with all parties and satisfy themselves that all aspects of it are in full compliance with Government and HSE guidelines. Under no circumstances should visits be carried out to properties where the occupants are in self-isolation.
We will do all we can to ensure we are here for you throughout this difficult time.
