    Our Let Only Service is suitable for more experienced Landlords who feel comfortable maintaining relationships with their tenants, collecting rent and managing any property issues themselves.

Although we are a small team, we are tight knit and everyone in the team is always in the loop which is easy for you and your employees to speak with anyone in the office at any given time.

    We pride ourselves on honesty and good relationships with tenants, we ensure that not only do they like dealing with us but they trust us. The property is a home to the tenants and we ensure it remains that way.

     

    What does the property manager offer?

     

    Your property manager is assigned to you and your properties to ensure any maintenance issues that have been reported are seen to within a timely manner. All issues will be passed through your property manager and you will not be contacted unless absolutely necessary. A ‘price cap’ is put on all jobs, if this exceeds the amount, your property manager will be sure to contact you with a detailed description of the issue and more than one quote on request. Our property manager is available on the phone or in the office Monday-Friday and on email Saturday and Sunday.

     

    What happens if there is an emergency?

     

    We offer a 24-hour line for emergencies, all emergencies are outlined to tenants and any issues that are not considered emergencies, come with a charge. Our contractors are on call 24 hours a day. Once the issue has been dealt with, providing it is not over the price cap, you will be notified via email with a detailed description and what was done to rectify the problem and by what contractor.
